I built Brandora Union because I noticed a gap I couldn't ignore.

Across Africa, there are incredible entrepreneurs building ambitious brands and creating genuinely great products. But too often, the physical presentation of those products doesn't reflect the quality of what's inside.

I realized that packaging is not just packaging. It is often the first conversation a customer has with a brand. Before they taste, wear, use, or experience a product, they see it. The shape, the materials, the details, the colors — all of it creates an immediate feeling about what's inside.

A beautiful, thoughtful package can make a product feel intentional, trustworthy, and worth discovering.

Yet for many African brands, accessing high-quality, customized packaging and reliable manufacturing partners can still be difficult, expensive, or unnecessarily complicated.

I wanted to change that.

I created Brandora Union to make it easier for African entrepreneurs to build brands that look and feel as exceptional as the products they create — by connecting them with the right products, packaging, manufacturers, and eventually the entire infrastructure needed to bring their ideas into the physical world.

Africa has the ideas. Africa has the talent. I believe our brands should have the infrastructure to match.

And Côte d'Ivoire is where I'm starting.

Most of this chain is where a small brand loses money — a supplier who cannot make the quantity, a run that arrives off-spec, a shipment nobody is tracking. Brandora Union runs all six links, so no one of them is somebody else's problem.
